Have you changed your mind about your purchase?
For your convenience, we offer the option to purchase a return label from GLS, so you can send your package back to us.
The return label is valid for one package up to 20kg, with a payment of XX

There are two ways to order your return label:
  1. Order a return label with your purchase
    • If you order the return label along with other items, we will provide a physical sticker that you simply attach to your packaged shipment and deliver it to any GLS drop-off point. Then it will be on its way to us.
  2. Order the return label alone
    • If you order only the return label, it will be emailed to you as a PDF within 20 minutes. Ensure there are no comments on your order. Then print it yourself at home, affix it securely to your package, and deliver it to any GLS drop-off location.
  3. NOTE! If you order the return label on its own, ensure you select "Return label sent by email" under the shipping method when completing your order, to avoid additional shipping charges.

3. The label will be emailed to you within 20 minutes
4. Open the email and print your label.

When purchasing a return label, it is not linked to a specific order. You can easily save your return label for future use, or return multiple orders with the same label - it's super easy and hassle-free!

We recommend always obtaining a receipt upon submission. This serves as your assurance that the package has been sent!

IMPORTANT! Please ensure items are securely packed for return, and do NOT place the return label directly on the original packaging.

General conditions:

  • The return label can only be used for one shipment.
  • The return label is valid for 3 months.
  • Please disregard the 1 kg weight limit on the label. This is not applicable. The label can be used on packages up to 20kg.
