Mattress protectors for babies and juniors

You may have also heard a mattress protector referred to as both a mattress protector or a safeguard mattress - which makes good sense, however, 'mattress protector' is the most accurate term. What exactly is a mattress protector? A mattress protector is a very thin type of mattress (max 1 cm.), used on top of the bed's mattress or mattress topper. The purpose of a mattress protector is to shield the other mattresses from moisture, bacteria, and dirt while also helping to protect against drafts and cold from below. Mattress protectors sized at 36x90 cm, 70x140 cm, 60x120 cm and 70x160 cm fit a junior bed, baby bed, and a pram. Most mattress protectors have elastics in all four corners that keep them securely in place around the mattress topper, ensuring a smooth and neat appearance without bunching up under the sheet.

Unlike a mattress topper, a mattress protector is easy to maintain due to its size and the fact that it can be machine washed. Mattress protector size

It is very important to select a mattress protector that fits the size of your bed's other mattresses.
