A continental bed is comprised of three mattress layers, each contributing to a unique sleeping experience.

1. Layer - includes a mattress topper, designed to provide a soft and comfortable surface to rest on.
2. Layer - incorporates an intermediate spring mattress. This mattress serves as a transition layer, enhancing support and comfort. Simultaneously, the spring mattress reduces the movement between the various mattress layers.
3. Layer - consists of a base that serves as the foundation of the bed. This is a sturdy box mattress equipped with springs. The box mattress supports the upper mattress layers, providing the bed with the perfect firmness.

Our Excellent Luxury continental bed is comprised of three key elements:

Top: A standard 4 cm pure foam mattress topper, equipped with a removable and washable cover.

Mattress: Our Luxury spring mattress - a reversible mattress offering exceptional support. The mattress is crafted with pocket springs that deliver significantly better and more precise body support.

Base: Excellent box mattress - Our premium base with 2 x pocket springs divided into 7 zones.
7-zone design: A 7-zone box mattress with distinct zones, each designed to support different body parts.
2 x pocket springs: Two layers of pocket springs means the mattress includes two layers of individually wrapped pocket springs. Each of these springs is sewn into its own fabric pouch or pocket, allowing for independent movement.

The associated spring mattress of 160x200 cm is supplied as 2x80 cm sections. The cover is a single piece, designed to securely fit over the mattresses. This keeps the mattresses firmly held together, ensuring the overall width is 160 cm.
The bed comes without a headboard as standard, with the option to add one during purchase.

We strongly recommend using a mattress protector atop the fixed mattress or mattress topper. A mattress protector acts as a barrier between you and the mattress. By guarding against dirt and wear, it prolongs the mattress's lifespan.
